From the age of 7 onward, Bob Hartley has been writing, playing, recording and broadcasting music. A Wichita native, Bob remembers buying his first record (a Curtis Mayfield single) at the age of 10, and has been in love with soul, funk and R&B ever since. Besides performing as a solo keyboardist he’s also shared the stage with the Patrick McJimsey Band, Martina McBride, Bo Diddley, The Coasters, The Marvelletes, Hoyt Axton, Rudy Love and many others. He’s excited about getting his groove on in Funk Syndicate!
